1. I may not like shopping at Plaza Frontenac, but they do have the best Santa.
2. Santa is not crowded during rush hour.
3. No matter how hard he tries, Santa may never get Madeleine to smile.
This is the 2008 photo, and we've got to give Santa credit. He really did pull out all the stops trying to pull out a smile.
